To coincide with the end of our Saltburn Photographic Society exhibition, join in with one of our cyanotype workshops at Land of Iron this May Half Term!
Make the most of the sunny weather by producing your own sun print! Get inspired by our exhibition and learn all about this peculiar photographic printing process!
What the activity will look like:
- Meet at 11:30am or 1.30pm (depending on which workshop you've booked at Land of Iron reception for the introduction to the activity and health & safety overview.
- Head out to the woods behind the museum to scout for natural materials and create your cyanotype!
- Back to the museum to end the session and check out the exhibition if you haven’t already.
- This is a family-friendly activity for ages 4 years+.
- All young people must be accompanied by an adult. Strictly no drop offs!
- Due to the nature of this activity, if the weather is poor, provisions will be in place to make the prints indoors.
- Booking is a must! We have 25 spaces for our morning session 11:30am-12:30pm and 25 spaces for our afternoon session 1.30pm-2.30pm
